They are really unprofessional. they dont pay on time
Be careful — 8/11/2025 they will waste your time. Very unprofessional people. I spent almost 7 hours here just to get unload plus 4 hours driving early to get here. If you’re coming, be prepared.
Booked a load today from Blaine WA to Johnstown CO at 3:41pm with Nat Tovar. He sent me the package and we filled it up immediately in 2mins. We’re waiting for rate confirmation for almost 2hrs, I sent him 4emails and called him at least 10times. He didn’t respond it so I finally call the office and find out a number from different broker. He told me that the load is covered, even without telling us and in meantime we missed many loads to book. Very unprofessional place to work with…
I wouldn't use these guys for anything if they take care of your shipments like they do their driving your stuff won't be handled professionally or with care. Guys park in the middle of the road instead of pulling over a little bit so vehicles can get around them and then they sit there and make everybody else wait for them to drop off or pick up. If they treat your equipment is unprofessionally as they drive your stuff's going to be messed up!
