I found Justin after researching and considering SMP for a year or so. I’ve got great hair, except for a bald spot in the back I just couldn’t stand. I couldn’t see it, except in pictures. And my mom was even nice enough to point it out for me. But I didn’t want to do a transplant, so I wasn’t sure what to do. And then I found SMP and Justin. In just four sessions, over a period of a few months, Justin delivered and I’m thrilled. Trust him and trust the process. He won’t let you down.
My first visit with Justin was over three years ago . I have went back a few times since then for touch ups and to address any concerns or questions I had. Each time, Justin took the time and addressed my concerns in a positive, respectful,professional manner and made sure I was completely satisfied and every questioned answered to my upmost satisfaction. I had such a great experience with Justin! He was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole process really comfortable. You can tell he cares tremendously and puts effort into his work. Honestly, parts of it felt like a therapy session since he had to listen to me talk for hours 😂 So happy with everything and definitely recommend him!
Justin and his staff surpassed my expectations for my procedure and experience! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for micropigmentation. I’m glad I chose the right place. The facility is clean and very comfortable.
