We arrived for a short escape in the area and had a wobbly tire develop en route. They worked us right in, found us the best price for our needs and offered various options. Nice, courteous staff.
Visiting with family, and low tire light came on, in my Ford Escape. My uncle told me I should bring it to Scally’s. I showed up without an appointment, and they were extremely helpful and friendly! They fit me in, but it was obviously busy, with customers & in the service bays. I was in & out in less than an hour! THE BEST. My car broke down completely as soon as I arrived at a nearby campsite, and they were fast, professional, and most importantly, kind. They had my car towed at a great price as soon as i called, they kept me updated with everything they found and wanted to check, and had THREE major parts replaced in less than 48 hours, ensuring I had the ability to get home when I had to leave the campsite. I would recommend them again and again. Life savers.
Had to have a rack and pinion aswell as a new powersteering pump installed here. My car gave them a great deal of trouble but they found the issues quick, took care of everything and even saved me money when the powersteering pump I had bought from orileys was faulty. The workers replaced it for me at no additional charge. When my vehicle had to be towed they were easily able to get it out of a precarious situation, that I couldn't do myself, and brought to the shop.
