We love this restaurant. Great food, great service.
First time at Scalia tonight - on the recommendation of our neighbors. At first we were skeptical when we drove into the strip mall and saw it next to Shop Rite. The skepticism faded quickly when we walked in and felt like we were transported to a hip NYC trattoria. Our waitress, Colleen, was fabulous - super friendly and accommodating. Owner Vito stopped by to introduce himself and was very charming. Our food was excellent - from the caprese salad, to the linguine with vongole, to the Nutella brioche with gelato. Terrible experience with Marco Scalia .He found a diamond tennis bracelet I lost at the restaurant.Than followed a year of him lying left and right, being so gross that his brother Vito intervened and apologised to me for his behavior. After retaining a lawyer and telling him we were taking him to court my bracelet magically appeared with Marco at my attorney's office. .Horrible customer relations.Will never step foot in either business again..Neither will my family and friends..
Everything was spectacular! Sweet attentive waitress offered her opinion when asked and she was absolutely right. I had the chicken fried chicken and I thought it was perfect! Thank you!

Nice people and great atmosphere. Honestly, I didn't like my dish. Chicken and shrimp Marsala with rice balls. Chicken breast was dry, barely tasted the Marsala and the rice balls were undercooked. My son enjoyed his chicken parm tho. Very lively place! I will return and order something else.
