Most professional. Tackled a problem I couldn't get 80% of the electricians in the area to even look at! And, he didn't put me on hold for "sometime next week", but came the next day after I called, promptly for our appointment, and fixed a most complicated tankless water heater, with inadequate information from the manufacturer. Top that off with having to find, and switch the wiring of two wires another electrician told me "didn't matter" the position of, when I specifically asked him while he hooked the box up new.
