They force you to make an appointment a year in advance, for a 91-year-old, we arrive at the appointment time, and no one there! No post on the door or on google! They don’t bother to call to tell you they cancelled or better yet the location moved! To an other city!!! Professional. LOL Thoroughly unimpressed!
