I had a quick turn on small but important scaffold request. Frank jumped into action and when issues arose due to things out of his control he took it upon himself to get additional supplies with his own truck and after hours to get the job completed in time. We needed a swing stage on the project that are working on. Called Frank with Scaffolding Solutions. After speaking with Frank, he knew exactly what we needed. His crew came out and put the swing stage in. Everything he got from Frank worked perfect. Frank is a very knowledgeable and responsive person to work with. I worked with Frank, Jefferson, and his crew for a challenging temporary shoring job. There were challenges with changes to the scope, revision, and other additions. Frank and his installation crew were possitive, confidence inspiring, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Despite the hiccups in the precon stage, installation went off without a hitch despite the nightwork requirement. Thanks again!
