10/10, would definitely recommend. I had a relatively small temporary art project in Brooklyn, and wasn’t sure who would take it on, since it was a bit unconventional. Getting an Immediate Emergency Declaration on your property is something very stressful, especially when the government tells you to find your own sidewalk shed in 48 hours or they’ll do it for you for $10.5k.
