I’m a current bride and have had an interesting planning experience, but beautiful wedding day. There’s only one person you can speak to on the venue team and she takes quite some time to reply. She is so fun and knowledgeable in person, but can lack when it comes to communication and administration. For good reason tho — I’m assuming there is too much of a workload all on her. I’m a current bride and have had the worst planning experience. There’s only one person I can speak to and work with and she either takes months to reply or weeks if I follow up every couple days. I’m literally just trying to pay THEM and there has been no sense of urgency.
