I had an amazing experience with Dr. Faller. I came in dealing with significant pain and tension running from my shoulder into my neck from an ongoing shoulder injury. After assessing the area, he did an adjustment to my neck that allowed my shoulder to pop on its own which brought immediate relief! For the first time in weeks, I was able to comfortably use my left arm on the steering wheel and rotate my neck to check my blind spot without pain or restriction. Dr. Faller and his staff were exceptional in every way. They communicated clearly on the front end, were easy to get in touch with, responded to every question we asked, and took their time with me and my wife once we arrived for the procedure. They were kind and patient and knowledgeable. BTW, I had my first night of pain free sleep in over a year last night.
