I needed a septic inspection before buying a home, and they were so thorough. They checked everything and were honest and knowledgable. Needless to say, I continued with them. Had our septic tank pumped today, and couldn't be happier with the service. They arrived on time, did a thorough professional job, and took the time to explain everything. If I ever need repairs I know I'm in good hands.
SC Septic is a great company. They care about quality and taking care of customers. We had a problem and they came out to fix it on the weekend because we were expecting bad weather the following week that could have paused the repairs. The foreman came out himself and made sure the work was done properly. Again, quality work!
We were very pleased with this service. The young man that coordinated the job was knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. We don’t have much experience with septic issues so it was great to have someone so personable to work with. The team was top notch from set up of the appointment to completion of the riser and pump out.
Our rental company got these guys to come out and pump our septic tank plus figure out the issue. They did exactly that within the hour. Amazing company and amazing employees! Would definitely call them again if I ever had an issue like this. So thankful!
