This place seems nice on the outside but is not a good place to live. The sound insulation is very poor and I can hear every footstep of my neighbor above me. Especially bad is when they vacuum upstairs. I can hear EVERYTHING. That may be fine when you’re living somewhere that is cheaper but not when you’re paying top dollar to live here. There should be no compromises. Also bad is the maintenance response.
