Easy to work with, friendly employees and owner. Quick turnaround time, accurate consistent results. Have submitted almost 100 tests with good results, any minimal issues have always been dealt with promptly and professionally.
This company needs to revise its business practices. The sales rep, Josh Olson will do anything to get your business, including offering lower quotes that he can never actually honor. They opened our account and sent an invoice for a totally different amount that we agreed upon. What a waste of time! This is not the way you do business!
