Terrible place to work, turn over rates are super high. Management is letting people go with no reason. Positions and job titles are constantly changing. Company is money hungry. They are over billing insurance claims. You will get billed even for a 5 second phone call.
I’ve been with my doctor at SC House Calls for a year. I just got off the phone with a case manager who permanently discharged me for not following my “plan of care.” Not only was a plan of care never discussed with me with my doctor, she never once gave me any type of warning saying something like: “just so you know, I’m trying to follow this plan and I’ll have to remove you from the practice if you can’t follow it.” I’ve had several instances of not getting the right care from them, not being able to get ahold of house cal... read more
