I personally think this is an amazing place to work, as a current employee I take pride in my job and role. The management is so kind and understanding and the clients are all sooo very sweet! Just a wonderful experience so far! I recommend them to anyone whom needs care or a great job career 🩷

It has been a very bad experience with the Anderson office. Since the first day of service, there has not been consistent caregivers provided. Caregivers do not show up for work and the HR coordinator claims to have no knowledge that no one is on site. Supposed attempts to find a "fill in" are unsuccessful. The response is "I'm seeing if I can get someone", "I don't have anyone yet", "She should have been there!" and similar excuses. This has been ongoing since February 2025. I've used Kelly's South Carolina Homecare Solutions years before I referred them to my aunt.. my aunt paid them $620 a month & their employees REFUSED to do the work and complained to the Seneca office manager... they called Oconee DSS when I complained & accused me of leaving my aunt in filth.. I'll upload the 20+minute video 30 seconds at a time to prove my allegations.. so if you hire South Carolina Homecare Solutions and work them to hard they'll call Oconee DSS in order to blackmail you to continue that monthly check ev... read more

I worked here. The manager at the Seneca location said caregivers were “a dime a dozen.” Who tells their own employee that they’re unimportant and practically disposable? Sometime who cares more about bullying than building a strong business. These people will not have your back if something goes wrong with a client. They don’t even have experience as caregivers themselves! If you want respect and competence from the people you work for, go somewhere else. Here, they do not care. Ironic.
