I had my roof put on by this company 5 years ago but I need to call and report damage to the soffit caused by the way the shingles were laid. They had a guy come out I sent him my warranty but I never heard back from him,. I had his cell and sent him everything he asked for. He did say that the company was bought out but the original warranty should be honored. This company will ghost you. We contacted them in March of 2019 to get our windows and siding replaced. Things seemed to be going well, measurements were made and presumably parts were ordered. Then they stopped updating us. I tried to reach out to them around mid May to find out what was going on. Every time I called the receptionist assured me that the people in charge were "out to lunch" or some other excuse. About a week of me hounding them and I finally talk to someone who seemed to have an idea as to what was going on.... read more

Work was outstanding!! Quality of workmanship was incredible! My property was just as clean after the work was completed!! My favorite thing about SC Home was that the Supervisor (Stephen) was always available and onsite, unlike other roofing companies. I can’t wait for my next hail damage...
