We purchased our HVAC through this company about 3 years ago and just recently had our long delayed maintenance. There was also a small issue they took care of. The technician was on time, was very courteous, and looked like he did a thorough job. I got their maintenance plan at a reasonable cost, which includes another cleaning in 6 months.
I have used SC Heating & Air for a couple of years now. They have convenient appointments, explain what steps they are taking, and are very thorough in their review of the system(s). In addition, they are always on time! I subscribe to the bi-annual maintenance plan, and my systems run very well. I would highly recommend SC Heating & Air.
