The team at West Direct Oil really knows their stuff and is always friendly. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. The managers are great too. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!
Trish answered the phones and was super rude, I was asking questions and she rudely was like who are you calling for?! I told her to whom I talked to before and told me " well you should be asking for her" then just passed the call without saying if I could please hold or I am going to get you with that person please hold NOTHING. What a poor customer service rep! TRISH is not the person you want to talk to if you call . looks like from another review I am not the only one that feel like this. EVERYONE else has been awesome!
Try to order 3000 dollars in oil and lady was nasty b.... never again will I call back
