She did a wonderful job of cleaning out my ears. She did ignore quicker th han I've had done before. She was also friendly and professional.
I really wish I could leave a better review, but this place either has too many patients or is understaffed. I've had appts I waited months for suddenly changed to wrong office for no reason thus delaying, cancels with no notice, allergy vials not refilled and forced to wait and suffer to the point where I can't function for weeks! No one takes responsibility for this neglect. Failing to provide patients with much needed medication is a serious issue. Receiving allergy shots at this location. Have had some hiccups, but Diana the receptionist is wonderful. And have had several caring individuals including the NP Ms. Whitehead listen to my concerns and advocate for a solution. Overall would recommend this location.
