Got my first car as a newbie from Chicago (US). Shane's a lovely guy and was very helpful in picking out a car! REALLY appreciate the free delivery service on top of the exceptional customer service. :)
Shane uses the best sales tatic of them all, genuine customer service. I cant even all it a tatic because hes not even really trying to sell you the product. Just there to help with whatever you need and have a conversation along the way. I honestly cant remember the last time someones built such good rapport with their customers the way he has. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience.
My wife and I looked online and found a car that ticked all the boxes at SBS Carsales. When we arrived at the car yard, Shane was incredibly amicable; he made sure we had ample time/access to investigate the car and checked in to answer any questions. We took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase it. Shane made sure to service the car prior to delivery. An issue was found that we had missed, but Shane's team were able to fix it quickly.
