One of the doctors at this clinic is a joke. She shouldn’t be working with children. She couldn’t spot a simple hand foot and mouth disease. She was visibly frustrated with my toddler because he didn’t want his ears checked and was throwing a tantrum. She then diagnosed him with an ear infection which we later found out from his pediatrician was a misdiagnosis. but she couldn’t be bothered to check his rashes or mouth like I asked her to. Can't believe this place can call itself a walk in clinic. Just got off the phone to ask how much it would cost to be seen without insurance for an inner ear infection since my ears are closed up and without antibiotics they will literally stay this way for months if not longer. I was told it would cost about $123 up front. Plus be billed whatever is left over THEN on top of that they have a new facility fee they said may show up in the amount of $150 all of this STILL not including the cost of the antibiotics..... Great service. Very kind staff. Dr knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to get in for an appointment at 7:30 am.
The AID stuck 5 swabs in my mouth at the same time to get a sample and I thought it was really weird. Otherwise my appointment was fine 🤷♀️
