Very slow at doing anything when there's hardly any people waiting.
We were visiting from out of state when our daughter came down with sore throat and swollen glands. Our checkin process was friendly & efficient. Kim, the FNP who saw our daughter took good care of us. Sent script to Walmart with no wait time.
I have only ever had wonderful experiences at the Mattoon Walk in clinic. The facility is clean and all staff are kind and courteous. The providers are knowledgeable and take the time to collaborate with you about treatment planning and options.
Literally first thing out of the PA’s mouth (The PA’s name is Vincent) when he walked into the room was saying “ok, looks like I’ve seen you before.” (I said I don’t think so, because I truly didn’t think I’ve seen this guy before) and he proceeds to go on and say “yeah I’ve seen him before (he was meaning my son).
