I hired this contractor from a recommendation through one of my friends. We met in September 2021 in Miami to do a renovation on a 2 bed 2 bath 1500 sq ft apartment and I was told the job would be finished in 2 months (3 latest) We agreed a fee which was about 30% higher than I had been quoted but he assured me I would be paying extra to get the job done well and on time.
