A really bad worker. Needs a lot of micro managing in order for him get things done. At first he did decent job, but later when we got him more work the work slowed down tremendously. Didn't even show up to work majority of the time and when asked why not he always had excuses, such as his sister died, his son/daughter were taken by there mother, his dad is sick, he was in jail and etc. Always asked for payment in advance and wouldn't show up when declined.
