I placed an order via DoorDash today. When it arrived, I was very disappointed. The employee that packed my order which was one slice of pizza and a breadstick did so between two paper plates instead of a to go box. Then the dasher left it on the porch of the office in the rain instead of in the lobby as requested. I was very disappointed in the poor customer service as well as the quality.

Food was ordered at 12:54. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. We were told that this pepperoni pizza would be 15 minutes. So we waited, and waited. They didn’t even put our pizza in until 1:11. 30 minutes, as opposed to 15. The food we’d ordered from other locations had already gotten completely cold. We understand if you’re busy, and it’s a lunch rush. We’ve worked in the food industry before, we know how it is; but don’t set unrealistic expectations for your customers, and then not communicate when there’s a change.

Doordashed 17" pizza and a whole stromboli at 5:24pm, waited over an hour for a cold pizza and a stromboli burned BLACK on the bottom. The dasher waited close to an hour at the restaurant. Pass on this place!

Pizza was good but they forgot about my order..so I had to wait another 20 minutes...45 min total...

The gentleman puts my pizza in a small little rotator oven to warm up I asked why don’t they use the big oven like they always did when I visit since that’s what makes the pizza like NY pizza he said it taste better. It did not in fact taste better it taste like I put my pizza in the microwave. If I wanted a microwave oven pizza I would have stayed home and did that. So I paid $13 bucks for pizza that tasted like some card board box. No crispy crust but a lack luster pizza instead. I will not be dining with Sbarro ever again... read more
