Oh my goodness, the fact they allow such a rude person to work here is beyond me. This place is an absolute mess. There was just one guy working the front, and he had a line in front of him—simple enough. Then out of nowhere, this lady comes from the back and loudly claims everyone is in the wrong line and that we all have to move. Suddenly, everyone gets jumbled up, chaos ensues. Some people, who were just standing anywhere near her when she appeared, end up at the front of the line, cutting right in front of me. It’s not rocket science—how hard is it to get this right?
