I'm sorry, I haven't been there. I didn't even know there was a Sbarro anywhere anymore, let alone East Towne Mall. I scored a 4 based on previous experiences from coast to coast. I will have to go check them out.

Very unprofessional cashier rude with people need to hire better staff
We stopped here for a quick lunch while shopping. The service was rude and unfriendly. The pizzas were ok for a quick bite to eat, providing the necessary energy boost, but pizzas were quite ordinary and not comparable to better pizzas we've had elsewhere.
