The gentleman operating Sbarro is fantastic. True customer service, and great fresh food. I had a Stromboli and a salad. He was providing fresh bread samples too.
We recently took our autistic support classroom on a field trip to Explore Your Senses, followed by lunch at the food court. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Charles, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He went out of his way to ensure our students were comfortable and at ease, quickly arranging pizza and lemonade for them.
