Hot honey is delicious on the pizza, please keep the hot honey
I have always enjoyed eating a pizza at this establishment. However, a couple of weeks ago I stopped there and the food was burnt on the bottom. I dont mean just a little burnt but charcoal burnt. When I told the employee this he shrugged his shoulders and said that's the way they are cooked. He admitted he used the wrong pan. He refused to cook more and get my order right. My family and I have been to this location 4 times. The pizza and service has always been fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit! The pizza is top quality! I wish there was a storefront within the city limits of Tyler.
