Its bad food run away
The Hispanic ladies were very rude to me and did not speak up when I asked about a combo deal she just shook her head. I asked the cashier where to order and she pointed to the end which then the server walked away to the back as I approached her. The cashier waited a few minutes for her to come back, then rolled her eyes as she did it herself. I paid more than I should have for paying for everything separately. Always an amazing experience at Sbarros. The pizza by the slice is legendary. Since the early 90s it’s a staple of the mall experience.
I bought a Stromboli but it was raw in the middle . No problem these things happen, but they looked at me like it was my fault. The head cook said ok would you like a pizza instead sure. Then the cashier who was a female was making jokes I know some Spanish so ……….Work on your servers customer service and mannerisms. Won’t be back!
