Stayed at a Hotel in the area, so it was convenient for me. Work in progress to say the least. After thinking about my initial review, I’ll give 5 Stars for trying. Service based businesses that pay hourly after the Covid Pandemic struggle to find adequate workforce. Staffing is a problem even today. Seems like it’s hard to hire anyone these days under $18-$20 an hour. This area has needed a place like this for the past 25 years. For a Travel plaza off of the main highway this place isn't really able to handle more than 10 customers at a time. This is the second time I have come here and they are understaffed and for something that should take 10 minutes will take 30. Even just buying chips is a hassle because the person at the register is also making pizzas. I won't be bringing any groups here. It's not worth it.
