My experience here was a tale of two different teams. The front-of-house staff was courteous, but the unprofessionalism from the kitchen staff was impossible to ignore. The individuals making the pizzas were slow, disrespectful, and appeared completely disengaged from their work. This poor attitude directly translated into an unacceptable 35-minute wait for one pizza. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was subpar. I was in line for a slice and a nice guy helped me out. There was a family ahead of me so I didn’t mind waiting to pay. Then this other lady working there gives my pepperoni slice to a customer that came a few minutes after me. She even let him pay before me instead of taking me. Funny thing is the guy that helped me earlier told the lady that the slice was for me. At least three times. She told him I’m going to have to wait for my slice because she was giving it to the guy.
