I’ve been going here most of my life. Every time I hit the mall. This experience saddened me. The woman working today 9/18/2025 at 11am was miserable. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I asked if the meatballs were ready, I didn’t mind if they weren’t bc they’d just opened. She got some I was grateful. Wha I didn’t expect was it to be ice cold along with the sauce.
