This man came for a free estimate for replacing my ceiling light in the kitchen. Before we agreed to the cost, he tried to open my ceiling light which fell apart, and he could not/didn’t put the effort to return my light as it was before. He apologized for that. Then I did not agree to pay him the ridiculous amount he wanted me to pay him—$ 100 per light (just a replacement recessed light). I have found a treasure. We had several jobs for a rental that we were getting updated to rent. He was on time or early each day, extremely easy to work with and professional as well as knowledgeable. His goal was always to get accomplished whatever we discussed.
