Very Poor, waited two weeks for plumber to attend, advised them of what needed doing IE remove pipework and tighten tap price given £80 plus VAT, when the plumber turned up tried to charge me a full day for a job that would have taken 1hr... I advised him that the plumber who put the tap in took him 1.5 hours... He said well get them out to do it.... Beware.
