Incredibly disappointed. I won a gift certificate at a benefit raffle. It had no expiration date - just an infinity symbol, aka no expiration! I sent my daughter in to get a pedicure and she was told that they would not honor the gift certificate and they confiscated it! We will never be back. Very disappointed

I don't remember the the staff’s name but definitely Vietnamese. She does my nails and use the drill cut the skin but not doing it gentle enough and it hurts my cuticle area. I hope she better focus on quality and learn to do it nice enough than getting too many customers and rush to do so :/
