I visited this salon for the first time today with a friend for manicures and pedicures, and we won’t be returning. The overall experience raised several concerns, particularly around cleanliness and quality of service. Many of the tools were unclean and some were visibly rusted. During my manicure, polish was applied to my skin and wasn’t cleaned off. My cuticles that were trimmed were dropped onto the floor and they didn’t sweep after. Incredibly disappointed. I won a gift certificate at a benefit raffle. It had no expiration date - just an infinity symbol, aka no expiration! I sent my daughter in to get a pedicure and she was told that they would not honor the gift certificate and they confiscated it! We will never be back. Very disappointed
