First impressions mean a lot amd this place definately failed at integrity and customer service. Booked online because wanted to secure an appt for 2 people so 2 appts same time, got the text confirming the appts and the we get there and are told we would have to come back later because they did not have any openings and had other peoplw booked for the appt time we scheduled for online so if we wanted our nails done. we would have to come back HOURS after the time we schedulwd for. mean while we were also informed that the a... read more

I visited this salon for the first time today with a friend for manicures and pedicures, and we won’t be returning. The overall experience raised several concerns, particularly around cleanliness and quality of service. Many of the tools were unclean and some were visibly rusted. During my manicure, polish was applied to my skin and wasn’t cleaned off. My cuticles that were trimmed were dropped onto the floor and they didn’t sweep after.
