I paid for 50% of the contracted work up front. When Manuel and team completed about 95% of the work he asked me to pay the remainder of the bill. I paid the remainder of the bill in August 2022. Manuel never returned to complete the work I am writing this in January 2023 after Many attempts to get him to complete what I paid for. He texted about 10 different times saying he was coming by today, but never showed up. He owes me 2 landscaping lights, pine straw and some other landscaping labor. Manuel and his team did an excellent job on several projects for our yard, the most important being a total demolition and construction of a new large retaining wall. We spoke to several landscape companies in the area and Manuel was the most responsive and provided past work as references. Along with the retaining wall rebuild, his team also completed a large paver patio, fence, and landscape lighting. His team was friendly, on time, and extremely hard working.
