All of these negative reviews are spot on. Issue after issue with this system. This is a new build home and we have only been here for one month. The system has worked for MAYBE one week out of that month. First it was some issue with the wiring, then a leak, and then a faulty master valve. Multiple plants have died and they say they don't warranty the plants, even though they died from lack of water....The system is STILL not working and now they're tying to blame AT&T saying that they "must have cut a wire when then buryin... read more

Gave me the completely wrong irrigation schematic for my house. Nothing on the schematic matches anything that is on my house. Refuses to give me updated one saying I should have contacted them earlier. Why would I have looked at the schematic before it failed? Do NOT use this company! Sprinkler system is completely inoperable now
They said initially they would come out and fix my irrigation system. First, they totally misdiagnosed they problem, said it was not working due to a cut wire. Then they called and said they only put In systems in new houses, not repairs or retrofitting additional lines. Cost me $260.65 to tell me it was broken, which of course I knew, that’s why I called them in the first place.
This company refused to come out after telling me they would come out. He said will be back in a few days to replace the sprinkler heads that were faulty. They said my warranty was voided because I poured concrete on a different side of yard. How ridiculous is this service to be provided by FIRST TEXAS HOMES.
