The new home builder gave me the number for warranty work. The company told me to send an email for the work!!! The person who fielded my call declined to get someone to call me back. Never received a timely reply to my email inquiry.
They were a no call no show, didn’t call me to reschedule, when I called to talk to the supervisor he was very nonchalant and showed he didn’t care
This company is say something and do something… stay away
All of these negative reviews are spot on. Issue after issue with this system. This is a new build home and we have only been here for one month. The system has worked for MAYBE one week out of that month. First it was some issue with the wiring, then a leak, and then a faulty master valve. Multiple plants have died and they say they don't warranty the plants, even though they died from lack of water....The system is STILL not working and now they're tying to blame AT&T saying that they "must have cut a wire when then buryin... read more
