Am giving 4 stars deservingly. Miscommunication on my mother’s part made it impossible for S & B to finish their end of the paperwork. He is respectful & polite & was the 1st agency out of 5 I had called to answer his phone immediately (no answering machine). He worked his schedule around ours; When it worked for us.
