My wife always asks me why I dont like to hire contractors and RSB is a prime example of why. Everything from poor communication to zero follow up would be paying thema compliment. Furthermore, they not only cut our slab incorrectly, they installed it crooked too. Last time I checked, tile thickness for a backsplash shouldn't be starting from a 1.5 inch gap from the wall. Avoid this business at all costs. You may have better luck doing it yourself.
I have never left a review, but felt I needed to for RSB Stone. I will try to be balanced in my feedback. I will start with the terrible communications with this company. They do not answer their phones or respond to texts if they don’t want to talk to you. I received emails the night before install was scheduled stating they did not complete the work and promised a call the next day. This happened multiple times and I never got the call. months of delay, work that was completed all wrong, and then never finished job as they ruined my stone slabs and ran out of material.
Terri B helped my husband Alan and I pick out quartz to match our cabinets and floor. Scott and his crew did an excellent job of the installation. An extra shout out to his tile man as his work was impeccable 👌 Thanks again Pat Mc
Not what was offered. Very bad quality workmanship. Look elsewhere for your need, IMO.
