I purchased an S & B cold air intake for my 2020 RAM 2500 soon after I purchased the truck. The mounts for the sensors confused me, too many screw holes for the amount of screws that mount the sensors. So I ordered a TRX intake through this company in Early March. They stated they were shipping in April. April came and past and so did May and June each time I reached out they said next week, soon, some BS. The vendor I ordered through cannot even get an answer. These company has become complete garbage since their merge. Customer service does not mean anything to them anymore. $600 for an intake with a badly fit lid but makes a little bit of noise and 4 months late without an answer.
