We had excellent service and repair at a reasonable cost.
RIP OFF---RIP OFF---RIP OFF So when my friend picked up my trailer that they did $1,600 worth of work done to, I was amazed at the absolute poor workmanship on it. The caulking looked like it was thrown on, none of the seams they repaired were straight, they failed to replace rear light covers, and the overall work was beyond sub standard. Great service. Terrific price. They took care of me quickly and were very courteous.
Summary: They told me it would take 2 hours but it took 7, because they were taking care of other customers and understaffed. So finally 7 hrs later the woman in the office gave me an invoice that was $185 more than quoted.
