Stay away from the office they charge me $1800. Whit out telling me. They just told me how much money I was going to received and they never told me they were going to keep $1,800 of my refund!!

Made an appointment in advance with Susana to do our taxes today at 2pm and waited for 20 minutes before knocking on the office door. (She was with another client laughing and talking ; doing their taxes) when she opened the door she told me to wait a bit longer. 25 minutes of more waiting, my husband and I decided to leave.I Don’t know how “good” she is but what she definitely lacks is professionalism and respect for her clients time.
