We had a very memorable dining experience at Sazon tonight. The creativity and quality of the dishes, sauces and presentation is a game changer. Congrats to a top chef who challenges the norm and blends spices that create a symphony on the palate. The service was excellent! The manager was attentive and gracious. Our server, Kirsten, was informed, charming, and elevated the experience. We began with a wonderful margarita. The chef’s soup, poblano cream with lump blue crab was superior. My salmon was less exciting (I prefer a fat filet grilled) but the excellent wine carried the entree sufficiently to arrive to the remarkable desserts! Outstanding coffee! Sazón is maybe the best dining experience I have ever had. Every course was unique and delicious. The presentation was beautiful. When you visit, the Sopa de Amor is a must have.
