Recommendedgreat olace to vacation... its better than a home away from home
We checked into Holiday Inn in Knoxville, TN tonight. This is our second room we have been placed in tonight. The first one had baby food and personal items left in it. The items were in the pull out sofa. Now we are in the second room. We just found an used needle in the coffee pot. 9134 Executive Drive

Third time being here and sad to say probably won’t be returning until some of the staff knows how to treat their guests. Some were extremely rude and they handle Situations poorly and it is an incredibly poor reflection on the entire IHG corporation. They’re extremely scattered and whenever I had an issue and addressed it, I did not hear one apology. The only thing to Come out of their mouths was justifications. I honestly can’t wait to go home tomorrow morning
some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. would never recommend you to spend your money on this place. the bartender delilah should not be in this industry! so disrespectful, rude, and she made one of my days dreadful to the point I will tell others. if you're reading this I recommend looking into other resorts with friendlier staff. RecommendedI had 2 different rooms which were perfect. Service is great.. I actually found this place on a humble and glad I did.
