I had a nice experience at the hotel until I realized although I booked through a third party the hotel authorized my card for the full amount of the stay. I checked out on June 25th and was assured that the money would be refunded by the next day. The next day I called because my money was still held and I was told the period can take 2-3 business days. Upon calling today June 29th (at this point $411.40 has been held off my card since I checked in on June 23rd) I was told I may have to wait up to 5 additional business days... read more
RecommendedI have stayed here a few times and am always pleased with not only friendliness of staff but Valerie the GM goes above and beyond for her guests! Definitely recommend this place for a cozy comfy and friendly stay!
RecommendedRooms are spacious equipped with all of the essentials, Lazy river is great with the exception of not having enough tubes. I purchased a 3 day pass which included miniature golf. I do plan to visit again, not sure if you can bring your own tubes. Check in during Covid-19 was good, not enough social distancing at the pool, maybe because two of the pools were closed. I did call 📞 to make sure pools where open . Too pushy at Check in I was not interested in time share. Besides the small things, facility very clean.
