We have been owners at Orange Lake for 15 years and love being able to transfer our points to IHG if we can’t travel that year. Called today to bank them and was told that we are no longer allowed to do that this year due to Covid. We are Canadians and cannot cross the border, so our points are useless!!There are no Canadian resorts!! Do we get our maintenance fees/money back?! NO!!! Simply oh that’s too bad!?! Are you kidding me?!?That is nothing short of ROBBERY!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Shame on you Holiday Inn Club vac... read more

RecommendedThe hotel staff were extremely nice...they also had large n spacious suites n rooms...the atmosphere was very welcoming and we will definitely return when we are in the area! highly recommended!!

I usually don’t leave reviews positive or negative but this experience was so bad I felt other should know. I am a Spire Elite so I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this was absolutely the worst by far. We were upgraded to the suite because of the loyalty status. But what we got was worse than a side of the road motel. Not only did the entire floor smell like Pot the room was disgusting.
