Food is great. Just really slow so don’t expect this for a work day lunch trip for something as simple as a bowl of ramen. Happened on multiple occasions. Even when not busy expect 30min + for your ramen. The kitchen seems to operate at a leisurely pace even when a “rush” is put in.
Jazlyn with Offline - The ma-yu black ramen and spicy paitan ramen are insanely good. This place immediately became my new #1 ramen place!
Good taste for the Signature Paitan.
They have pork and chicken base broth so if you do not eat pork you only have the vegan broth option and you can add chicken. Not really the same thing because the broth has no flavor.
