4 out 4 past visits for fittings instead of receiving the linear logic, straight forward solution to my problem from a " plumbing supplier" I received a Rube Goldberg, contraptive iteration of what a proper and decent plumbing supplier would provide, i.e., I received numerous cobbled together fittings or something entirely unexpected. Guess what? 3 out of those 4 visits resulted in a tidy replenishment of my garage junk bin. I assume motive is maximizing profit. I'm done with you guys. Waste of time.
Went there for the first time today. Called before I went. When I arrived, the part was ready for me and they provided perfect instructions for the install. Five stars is not enough!
