I don’t usually write reviews, but I am extremely upset about the experience my husband and I had today. We brought our car in for a recall and alignment, and my husband also mentioned that the battery was having issues. When he dropped off the car, he asked the service advisor, Diane, about the price for the alignment and she gave him that information. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Sayville Ford left me with no choice. I came in with every intention of working out a deal, but my interaction with one of the sales managers completely derailed that. This particular manager spoke to me and others in the room as if we were children. Instead of trying to foster a respectful, professional conversation, he seemed far more interested in controlling the discussion and being needlessly rude and dismissive.
