Nice service people not sure if the mechanics are qualified my 2024 mustang GT has been back at least 7 times now with no fix?
I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Sayville Ford left me with no choice. I came in with every intention of working out a deal, but my interaction with one of the sales managers completely derailed that. This particular manager spoke to me and others in the room as if we were children. Instead of trying to foster a respectful, professional conversation, he seemed far more interested in controlling the discussion and being needlessly rude and dismissive. Rob from the service department was outstanding. He made some valuable assessments of services that I was in need of but was never pushy, trying to upsell me. He answered all of my questions and concerns with knowledge and honesty. I look forward to working with Rob again for my next service job.
My 2 stars are for all my previous experience with the old owners prior to spring of 2025. I had an electrical issue in the spring of 2025. They had my car for 2.5 months. First repair charged me over $700 and it didnt work, I never got the car out of the lot at pickup. Then it went back in, I got the runaround from the Service manager. I could tell when they were working on the car with the ford app. For over 2 months they barely worked on the car.
